What does the £149 package cover?+

Four promotional video edits using footage you provide. Exact lengths, formats, revision arrangements and timing are agreed before work begins. Filming is not part of the described package.

Can I pay online?+

Online checkout is not yet enabled. Please email SENRO Services to discuss your project. A live Stripe checkout link will be added when it is ready.

When will my edits be delivered?+

Timing depends on your footage and brief. Share any deadline in your enquiry so availability and a schedule can be discussed before work starts.

Is the sound effects pack ready?+

The pack is forthcoming and is not currently available to buy or download. Its contents, formats, licence and release date have not been confirmed.

How do I ask about changes or cancellations?+

Email senroservices@gmail.com with your project details. Ask for the applicable revision, cancellation and refund terms before agreeing to a project or making payment.
